Direct Care Solutions was built on years of real experience supporting people with disability and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in everyday life.
Our founder's journey in disability support began in 2007, working closely with children with disability and their families. For many years, this experience provided a strong understanding of the importance of patience, communication, dignity, safety, and building trust with the people we support.
In 2023, our journey continued into the NDIS, bringing this practical experience into the NDIS environment. Since then, we have focused on providing reliable, person-centred support that respects each participant's individual needs, choices, goals, and way of life.
Today, Direct Care Solutions provides NDIS support in Sydney, working with participants, families, carers, and Support Coordinators to deliver support that is respectful, consistent, and focused on the participant's goals.
We understand that choosing a support provider is an important decision. Our approach is simple: listen first, understand what matters to each person, and provide support that helps participants build confidence, maintain independence, participate in their community, and enjoy greater choice in their everyday lives.
